MKS knives are designed in the US, by Adam Simha and hand made in Italy the US and UK. Made with very fine grained stainless steel. The asymmetrical grind (flat back) and single bevel afford fast, free cutting and easy sharpening. MKS knives will take and hold a razor edge.
The welded tubular stainless steel handle allows each knife to be tuned for maximum balance, and the cool vinyl bicycle handgrip assures control and comfort.
All knife orders come with rawhide honing strap and sharpening / maintenance instructions.
