Return Policy:

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund, minus shipping charges. Shannon Reed accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

All custom orders and laundered merchandise are non-returnable. Custom orders include embroidered items. Please note that the performance fabrics are not to be dry cleaned, returns will not be accepted, please see care instructions for washing details. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Call or e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an authorization number.

Exchanges:

If you want an exchange, we will process it a s a return and issue a refund. You can then make a new purchase on the web site.
