HOW TO MEASURE
CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and
comfortably loose. These charts are general size guidelines, and garments may shrink 3%-5%. If you are
between sizes please order up to larger size. Please also realize that some garments have stretch. Please
note that typically there should be 4"-6" between your true measurement and that of the garment.
TRUE WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. This is usually right below your belly button. Be sure to
keep tape level and comfortably loose. Please also realize some garments have stretch. Please note that
typically there should be 1" between your true measurement and that of the garment.
LOW HIP
Standing with your heels together measure around the fullest part of your hips. Your lower hip is about 8
inches from your waist.
